Gratitude Challenge: Experience and Expression
Phaytea’s Pulse is participating in a 31 Days Gratitude Challenge. It is our version of Blogmas except that it does not end on Christmas Day, so expect a New post everyday till the end of the year.
Do you ever feel like your ‘typical monday’ starts in the middle of the week?
Today was one of such days. I got so busy at work and it literally felt like a Monday. There’s been so much going on for a while now I have been having the need to find a way to relax. I mentioned on my instagram that I really just wanted my bare feet in water. I should probably plan a beach outing soon (needless to say I missed a beach hangout last weekend).
For today’s Gratitude Challenge, I will be sharing two things I am absolutely Grateful for:
EXPERIENCE
I always hear that experience is the best teacher. I can say for sure that this is true. I am Grateful for every experience that I have learnt from. The mistakes, the lessons, the highs and lows, every experience has formed me into this wonderful being I have become and I am Grateful.
EXPRESSION
Expression is so important and I am Grateful for every form of Expression there is. The tears, anger, screams, the body language, writing, speaking. Every form of Expression has its time to come into play and I am so Grateful I can express myself in various ways.

I’m grateful for electricity. Some people don’t have access to it and we rely on it so much nowadays.

This is a brilliant post! I couldn’t agree more with what you’ve said, experience is SO important we learn so much from it.

Thank you for the kind words
You Can Always Start Now
I agree every emotion is legit and coming from somewhere. I try and treat experiences as lessons also. If mistakes are made what can I take away from it?
