5 Quick and Easy Goals you can be Decisive About.
Happy New Year!!!!! It’s the first post this year and I am excited we made it to a New Year. The past year was a perfect example of ‘Two sides of the coin’. Some days were extremely exciting and other days were just uncertain and it left me unsure about life. But look who’s here…Me….You….All Grateful and Happy. I really like that saying that goes ‘When there is life, there is hope’. Try not to allow anything that went wrong last year pull you down. You are an achiever and a Survivor (At least I know I am). As the New Year begins, let’s resolve to start it with a…

Meaningful Moments you should Never take for Granted.
Recent events in the past weeks have made me think a lot more about life choices (past, current and future). I feel like I am currently happy with what I have done with myself so far but is it really enough? Do I need to do more? Have I been spending my time well? Have I been spending my time with the right people? Have I reached out to the people who matter? Have I asked for help from the right people? Do I reciprocate the love I receive? Do I treat others badly because they have treated me badly? Do I need to spend more time having a relationship…

Pulse For August 2017
The first of every month is always very exciting for me. I feel I have just crossed a milestone and should celebrate. Today isn’t any different. I feel elated and thankful for the Gift of Life, Good Health and Loved ones. I am also excited about Phaytea’s Pulse and it’s lovely readers. Thank you all for stopping by and contributing, it makes the effort worth it. As I did in May, June and July, I will be sharing my Pulse for August but first here’s a rundown of how I fared in July: Post Scheduling & Pictures: I still write on impulse but the blog dairy helps. I get to put down my thoughts…

Pulse for July 2017
The beginning of the second half of 2017 is here. Whoop whoop!!!! Started it off with a friend’s wedding and could not write my goals for July post yesterday because I got home really tired. If feels so good to be in good health, content and grateful…for the past months and the present. Very quickly, here’s how i fared with my goals in June: Blog Scheduling : I pretty much followed the four posts a day schedule except the week I was really busy with family engagements. I like the effort I put in. Health Goals: I am going to need something more than just writing a ‘to-do’ list to…

3 Habits Of A Go-Getter
Amidst the bustle from the family event last week and of course unsteady and crappy network, I was still able to catch the news about Kechi, a Nigerian participating in America’s Got Talent. I immediately remembered Kechi as a plane crash survivor from an ill-fated Sosoliso flight back in 2005 (that ended the life of about 107 people). A really long time but you never forget a plane crash survivor as it’s a very rare situation…..surviving a plane crash that is. Kechi’s story is one that will motivate anyone as she did not allow her predicament deter her from pursuing her dreams. She survived the crash with scars but went…

Pulse for June 2017
Whoop whoop! I’m glad we all got into June hale and hearty. Before I got the ‘Mrs’ tag, May used to be my favourite month in the year (because my birthday is in may) and now, I love June too….totally spoilt for choice but anyway I’m glad it’s a new month and I love the positive vibes June is starting off with. It’s my traditional wedding anniversary today and church wedding anniversary on the 4th of June 2017. So, you see why I’m stuck between May and June. Moving on, I thought about the plans I had for the blog in May..and I did pretty good. Pictures: I got to…

Reflections: 5 Lessons The AtoZ Challenge Taught Me.
Hi Lovelies, Are we ready for the new week? If you have been frequent on Phaytea’s Pulse, you must know by now that we participated in the #AtoZ writing challenge in April. (Hopefully, I don’t have to mention it again after this post..I’m beginning to sound like a broken record??). After conquering that quest, it is only normal for me to ask and answer questions to help me reflect. Will I like to participate next year? Will I want to join another challenge this year? Did I learn new things? Did the challenge improve my writing? All the questions definitely get a big YES. For the importance of asking yourself…

Please stop by the blog everyday for subsequent posts as we read the 26 letters of the alphabet together. Enjoy!!☺☺ Did you make ‘new year’ resolutions? If yes, how far gone are you on your list? I am not sure why, but New year resolutions come to mind whenever I think about goals. This is not because it is wrong to make…
